Warranty, Refund & Return

Warranty Policy and Procedure:

• Warranty period will be stated on product description.
• Shipping fee for warranty claim/ return/ repair are covered by customer.
• Likebug will cover the shipping fee for replacement or repaired product within 14 days • Printed receipt will be required as proof of purchase.
• Warranty claims which do not fulfill the steps above will not be processed due to missing information.

How To Do Warranty Claim?

STEP 1: Email to customerservice.likebug©gmail.com and provide the following details:
- Name
- Contact Number
- Delivery address
- Purchase Order number
- Problem

STEP 2: Upon confirmation, a mailing address will be provided.

STEP 3: Faulty products must be delivered in its original packaging (include accessories, manuals, and documentation) to Likebug.

Shipping Fee & Tracking Status

1. How to calculate the Shipping Fee?

The shipping fee is auto-calculated based on your shipping address and weight / dimension. To find out how much shipping is add the items that you would like to purchase to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. The shipping fee will be calculated after you have enter your shipping address.

2. When will my order arrive?

Under normal circumstances you will receive your parcel within 5 working days (7 business days for East Malaysia) from the day your order is confirmed.

*For offline bank transfer, please allow additional 3 working days.

3. How to track my order?

Tracking number will updated via email/respective platform. You can check the shipping status via the website provided by our assigned courier company.

*Sometimes the tracking status is not updated because your parcel just pickup by courier service. Try to track again on next 24 hours.
